Heartattacks, soupbeans and cornbread

What caused my hart attack? an arterie blockige. Junk food causes plack that coused the blockage. I must quit junk food. Cakes and the likes that is what they don't want me to eat. What they want me to eat is cornbread and supebeans a wholelot everyday three times a day.
the health department says supebeans are good food.
How to make soup beans... I am looking for another good recipe.

what do i think about the price of gas? it is away to much.

What I think about it. Do bears eat people? Yes I think so because bares are wild natured. Beares eat out of trash cans or buzzards providing they can catch them. But i have been wrong before.

I beleive it is not true. It sounds fishie to me. It just can't happen i changed my mind. Why I do not know but I do not believe bares eat humans ever.

I like hot temps because I can go with out my shirt around the house. The temps can be 80 to 98. It's too hot for me when it reaches 99. It got to 117 in Las Vegas. I would not want to move to Vegas.

I got a new job. I pull staples out of charts at theBerea hospital. I get paid nothing. My work is free. Out of the goodness of my heart i work for nothing.
